If you do not recall your user id or password, please refer to the email in which you got your reviewer assignment, or the confirmation email that was sent to you when you signed up as a reviewer - both of these contain the user id and password.

If all else fails, please send an email to the Lori Scarlatos, the papers chair.

If you happen to click on the submit button twice when submitting a review, you might get a database error. If you get this error, please check your email, since a copy of each review you submit is emailed back to you:
  • If you get a copy of your complete review back by email, your review has been recorded, and you need not resubmit it.
  • If you do not get a copy of your review back by email, please resubmit your review.

Information for Potential Reviewers - How to Sign Up

This page provides information on how to sign up to be a reviewer for CCSCE, and how to submit reviews once you have signed up as a reviewer.

Signing Up:

Click below if you wish to serve as a reviewer for CCSCE. You will be asked asked to create a reviewer profile. Your reviewer profile includes contact information and areas of expertise. Once you have registered, you will be emailed a reviewer-id and password, both of which are necessary to submit reviews. Save this email!

SIGN ME UP!

Each reviewer will typically be assigned three papers. I will use your self-chosen areas of expertise to assign papers. However, sometimes you may find yourself reviewing a paper in an unfamiliar topic area. Please do your best. These situations are unavoidable.

You need to sign up as a reviewer only once per year. However, you need to sign up every year. So, even if you served as a reviewer for the CCSCE conference last year, we would like you to sign up again, so that we have up-to-date information about you. Please do not sign up more than once.

Be patient. No papers will be sent out for review until the paper deadline is reached. If you have not heard from us, you may send me email to make sure that you were properly registered. Do not register again (see above), or you will end up multiple reviewing assignments!

Once papers are sent out for review, we ask that you complete the reviews as quickly as possible. There will be an official deadline, and we will send out reminder emails as necessary.

To download a submission: If the papers you are reviewing were submitted electronically, you can download them here. If the papers were submitted by regular mail, they will be mailed to you. Consult the review assignment letter you received from the Papers Chair for details. Review Template: This is the template of the review form. You may want to print this out to make notes for yourself when reviewing. When you have finished reviewing your paper(s), please transfer your notes from this template to the Web page below.

Submit A Review: When you are done reviewing your paper(s), please submit the reviews on-line here. This applies to all the papers, whether you downloaded them or received them by mail. You will need your reviewer-id and password, both of which were emailed to you when you signed up as a reviewer.
